The Role-Duties & Responsibilities

Responsible for admin support, and processes to drive front line sales teams to sell better, faster, and more efficiently


  • Assume administrative and operational tasks to allow hard-core sellers to focus and get better at what they do best, selling
  • Assist the sales team with proposals and contracts
  • Carry out vendor paperwork and forms
  • Work with finance team to make sure they have all they need to invoice for new contracts
  • Ensure all closed deals have all the information needed for invoicing 
  • Manage data entry and updates in our CRM tool

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and email
  • Comfort multitasking and handling multiple requests from different individuals and departments
  • Ability to work quickly and in a potentially high-stress environment
  • Strong communication skills and extremely self-motivated when managing communication channels
  • Highly organized and capable of creating organizational systems that others easily utilize
  • Comfortable with ambiguity. Adaptable and flexible to the evolving needs of the business
  • Ability to work of own initiative

Working Hours

9am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday but flexibility is required on start and end time daily to support changing business needs and time zones of our global clients/members.

Based in Dublin 2 days a week, fully remote will be considered
