Who are we looking for
An Advisor Recruitment and Engagement Lead who identifies, recruits, and builds the community of HealthXL advisors and thought leaders in digital health, pharma, healthcare.
On a day to day basis you will
- Identify, contact and build a pipeline of advisors and thought leaders in digital health, pharma, healthcare.
- Create a value and/ or remuneration model for advisors.
- Conduct on-boarding calls with advisors clearly communicating the values of HealthXL
- Maintain a database of advisors and segment/ tag them based on expertise and interests.
- Make relevant intros and connections to HealthXL Researchers and Analysts for ongoing projects and initiatives
- Make relevant suggestions for HealthXL event speakers
- Managing and growing the HealthXL Ignite platform - growing number of users, setting and achieving engagement metrics, ensuring HealthXL leaders get value from the peer-to-peer exchange.
- Plug in people identified through external engagements into the HealthXL Advisor network.
If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you
- 3 years’ experience in a similar advisor recruitment and engagement role, ideally in healthcare
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Team player
- Highly motivated, able to build this role from scratch into a fully operational service

- Ability to rapidly switch gears while keeping in mind the bigger vision
- You have excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and visual. You can write quickly and concisely, and are creative in ensuring you get your point across
