Who are we looking for

A Sales development specialist  who will be responsible for targeted B2B growth programs including:


  • Intelligence gathering and market research that translates actionable insights
  • Crafting content and executing campaigns to drive sales pipeline
  • Execution of the initial phase of our sales process
  • Developing and managing key metrics for above

At HealthXL, you will multi-task, you will engage with and stimulate your peers, you will hustle and have fun while doing so (serious!)

On a day to day basis you will

Help our clients and potential clients understand the value HealthXL can bring to their strategic plans. Helping them to unlock the business value from emerging healthcare technologies and being a part of the HeathXL community.

  • Qualify and develop inbound and outbound leads through strong communication and discovery
  • Conduct analysis of the health technology market in order to understand potential customer needs, strategic priorities,  interests and ways of engaging them
  • Effectively communicate highlights of analysis and research in order to generate interest in HealthXL
  • Build collaborative relationships with our CEO and CCO, where as a team you will  strive to win for HealthXL
  • Nominate and engage thought leaders in the digital health landscape
  • Create appropriate content and campaigns
  • Monitor performance of campaign and drive sales pipeline

If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you

  • Business or Health Sciences background
  • Passion for health technology and life sciences a big plus
  • Experience in enterprise sales, recruiting, sourcing or a lead generation role a big plus
  • Excellent communication skills - written and spoken
  • Ability to digest and analyse large volumes of information in a timely manner
  • Critical thinking and analysis
  • Highly organised and focused on outcomes
  • Fun-loving, energetic, adapting
