Senior Business Development Executive
- Drive business growth across all HealthXL customer segments and profiles
- Take responsibility and deliver on ambitious growth targets
- Build productive and professional relationships with key leaders within target firms
- Seek and pursue new business opportunities actively
- Define and execute a business development plan to prioritize, target, and generate leads from target customer segments
- Attend international conferences to find new business opportunities for HealthXL
- Maintain high awareness/understanding of HealthXLs products and services and support in creating new services to meet evolving client needs
What we are looking for:
- 8+ years in B2B sales roles, with a proven track record of driving and implementing aggressive revenue growth for a growing company
- A history of existing relationships in the pharmaceutical/ medtech space with intimate knowledge of inner works of the major firms/ Deep knowledge of the healthcare industry, with a strong network of relationships
- Strong knowledge of the Digital Health industry
- A desire to work in a rapidly evolving environment
- Results-driven and focus time/resources against the most important priorities
- Comfortable with ambiguity and bringing a structured, proactive approach to get things done and execute.
- 50% international travel involved
