With the spread of COVID-19, Pharma companies have had to adjust their sales processes drastically.  As well as changes to operations and supply chains, many Pharma companies have grounded their salesforce and implemented restrictions on face-to-face meetings between MSLs, sales reps and clients. This has left companies wondering how best to interact with clients to drive commercial success.

  • Is it time to rethink how pharma companies and HCPs interact and share information?
