Digital Health Lunch

HealthXL virtual lunches convene small groups of thought leads and clients to share insights on key digital health issues. We welcome new experts and clients to join or host their own meetings. If you are interested in this topic, we would love to hear from you.

Through focus groups, we bring together 6-10 thought leaders and industry stakeholders in a series of virtual meetings to collaborate around a defined topic. Each meeting gives the group the opportunity to examine, analyze and collaborate with one another around a digital health topic as well as produce a shareable result.

The role of wearables has gained a new importance at the time of this public health emergency. Remote monitoring of populations, tracking their activity, diagnosing and treating patients cannot happen without discussion about data privacy and ownership.

You can look forward to discuss the following points:

  • Is tracking a generic biometric via a wearable a reliable hallmark of an impending disease or are we overestimating the relationship to make wearables useful during this pandemic?
  • Have we opened an incredibly wonderful and dangerous Pandora's Box of continuous patient data monitoring?
