HealthXL & Bayer Announce Partnership

Bayer becomes active member of HealthXL to foster evidence based digital health.

Bayer is expanding its global open innovation approach with HealthXL, and is supporting evidence based digital health startups. The partnership with HealthXL is one aspect of Bayer’s external engagement in the digital space:

For the past five years, Eugene Borukhovich has been an integral member of HealthXL and advisor to the community.

Since 2012 Bayer supports Digital Health companies and passionate entrepreneurs through its #G4A programs which highlight the company’s commitment to collaboration with innovators and startups. Bayer recently launched its first US program focused on developing self-care innovation partnerships: G4A Generator.

Next steps

Bayer will participate in HealthXL next Global Gathering, which is being hosted at the National Robotics Engineering Center part of Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA 8 February. Pittsburgh is one of the leading innovation and tech hubs in the US, the event will incorporate healthcare experts from UPMC, Philips and CMU and discuss topics such as Precision Medicine & Genomics and Big Data & AI - 'Hype v Reality'.
