New Distribution Channels for DTx

15th September @ 10:45AM EDT

Are you trying to figure out what is the best distribution channel for your digital therapeutics (DTx) solution? Keep reading, this meeting is for you!

While some companies have used traditional distribution channels, others are trying new options, such as telehealth platforms, to reach more patients and increase physician recommendations or prescriptions. Beyond being a distribution channel, the combination of a telehealth platform plus a DTx can also lead to a more holistic and seamless patient experience. Another approach could be using a stakeholder that is often underestimated by the healthcare industry to act as a DTx hub - pharmacies. Join this meeting as we explore the new distribution channels for DTx and their potential to scale these solutions and drive adoption:

  • Can telehealth platforms be a hub for DTx? Earlier this year, Pear Therapeutics announced initiative to build a telehealth provider experience so patients can access their products through telehealth platforms. We have also seen a recent partnership between Blue Note Therapeutics and OncoHealth’s telehealth platform. What are the learnings so far? When are telehealth platforms a good distribution and adoption strategy for DTx solutions? What are the challenges to make this model work?
  • Pharmacies are in a great position to distribute DTx solutions, as they do with pharmaceutical products. Although they are not a new channel in the healthcare system, they are often underrated by the DTx industry. How can DTx companies leverage pharmacies as a new distribution channel?
  • Beyond telehealth platforms and pharmacies, what other new distribution channels can help scale DTx solutions?
  • Alongside being a distribution tool, how can DTx leverage telehealth platforms, pharmacies, and other new channels to improve their offerings and provide an integrated virtual treatment continuum?
